Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchanges. Everything is made to order and is uniquely made for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(itself not the packaging) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Been Enuff Co., is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Refunds

Refunds are determined on a discretionary, case by case, basis. Refunds will not be given if there was a mistake made on your end or if you ordered the wrong fragrance type. Refunds will not be given if you simply do not like the items ordered. 

Let us know as soon as you noticed a mistake, so that we can see if we can fix the mistake. If an order has already been given a tracking number there is no way to change the order.

If it is determined that you are entitled to a refund, then you will be refunded on your original payment method, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
